Investment Criteria

We aim to build an ecosystem where our portfolio companies not only thrive independently, but also create long-term value by supporting each other. Therefore we focus on businesses within retail, retail media, and media sales, where we see clear synergies and strong market potential.

We invest in companies that:

  • Have a proven, scalable, and sustainable business model

  • Demonstrate a clear market position and competitive edge

  • Generate stable and predictable cash flows

  • Are driven by a strong entrepreneurial culture and commercial mindset

We do not invest in companies with:

A history of bankruptcies or payment defaults – neither at the company level nor among the founders. 

We look for partnerships with ambitious entrepreneurs who share our vision of sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Our Business Model 

We invest in small and medium-sized companies, typically acquiring up to 50% ownership. Unlike many traditional investment firms, our model is built on partnership — where founders and entrepreneurs retain control and continue to drive the company’s growth, while we provide strategic support without taking over.

What we do:

We always take an active seat on the board, as this is where we concentrate most of our involvement. Our contribution focuses on:

  • Strengthening and professionalizing board work

  • Ongoing strategic development

  • Operational improvements — with a particular focus on sales growth and technical development

Our founder 

With a solid background in the IT industry — spanning datacenter infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, and AI technologies — I bring deep operational and strategic expertise to the table.

Over the years, I have successfully founded, acquired, scaled, and exited multiple businesses. This hands-on experience across the full corporate lifecycle has given me a nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities companies face — from early growth phases to mature expansion and exit strategies.
